Leg Entanglement

From Saddle

  • Closer to the hips is better for control, 
  • When trying to finish have the legs between the knee
  • Thighs are in alignment
  • Foot at your calf
  • Back heels curl in
  • Bring the knees across to the outside
  • If you need more control or if your opponent tries to turn the correct way consider turning the leg down
  • If they roll keep the knee bent (Post the hand on mat)
  • If they get out of the line ( Create a wedge to bend the knee)
  • If they don’t allow you to re-enter, Roll and re-establish
