Boxing
Our boxing classes are taught in a flipped classroom style by Ian Ricci so you will watch the videos what you are working on before you come in that way you are able to maximize your time in the gym.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
We offer a great Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program. Our classes are taught by Bruce Hoyer, a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Rodrigo Medeiros and a two-time World Championship Medalist in the Gi, and a No-Gi World Champion as well.
Kids Class
Our kids’ classes are broken into two sections designed to help new students adapt to the new sport. After that that they begin to work on each skill independently. This way every student is able to keep learning at the edge of their ability.
Mixed Martial Arts
Our mixed martial arts program is an addition to our other programs. Once you have trained for a year in Boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. From there you will start drilling the changes for MMA. We have had several success stories in MMA, maybe you will be the next!
Kickboxing
Our kickboxing classes are taught on Monday and Wednesday at 6:45pm. It makes not matter if you are an absolute beginner or an advanced striker! Come on in and try class. We have an individualized curriculum that will keep everyone training at their own level.
