Three beginner programs

Each program runs as a structured 6-week course for first-time students. Pick the one that fits your goals — you can always add the others later.

Beginner Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Grappling, leverage and control — no striking.

Our 6-week beginner BJJ course teaches the foundation of jiu-jitsu: safe falling, posture and base, escapes from bad positions, and your first submissions. You train only with other beginners under a coach who breaks every movement down step by step.

  • No experience or gi required to start
  • Beginner-only class — no live sparring on day one
  • Great for self-defense, conditioning and problem solving
New dates announced regularly — contact us for the next start.

Beginner Boxing

Footwork, hands and conditioning from the ground up.

The 6-week beginner boxing course builds your stance, footwork and the core punches, then adds defense, combinations and pad work. Expect a real workout with technique coaching the entire way — not just a fitness class with gloves on.

  • Learn stance, jab, cross, hooks and defense
  • Pad and bag work every session
  • Contact is optional and always controlled

Beginner Kickboxing

Punches, kicks, knees and clinch fundamentals.

Beginner kickboxing adds kicks, knees and clinch work to a striking foundation. Over 6 weeks you'll drill balance, kicking mechanics and combinations at a pace built for people who have never thrown a kick before.

  • Full-body striking with real technique work
  • Excellent conditioning without the guesswork
  • Beginner-paced drilling, no pressure to spar
