Next Edge Academy sends text messages related to your account and participation, including class reminders, trial confirmations, waitlist offers, schedule changes, membership updates, and responses to inquiries you initiate.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number and checking the optional SMS consent box on one of our website forms, such as our trial-booking or contact form. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency, rates, help & stop

• Message frequency is recurring and varies based on your activity (bookings, reminders, and account events).
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from further messages.

Privacy of mobile information

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

We use trusted service providers (for example, our SMS delivery vendor) solely to deliver the messages you have requested. These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for their own marketing purposes.

Supported carriers

Messaging is supported on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
