Sizing Info for Equipment
BJJ
For BJJ you will need a Uniform called a Gi, a pair of shorts and a rash guard or compression shirt.
Please know your sizes and text or email us so we can have the gear ready.
The compression shirts or rash guards run pretty to size a little small compared to regular shirts so if you are close to another size we suggest going up one size.
The shorts size are S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXL and are pretty true to size.
Boxing
For boxing you will need Shorts, Gloves and Handwraps.
